Ernest was a member of the Masonic Lodge and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #1198, He believed in God & country, and family. He served over 30 years during WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. He retired in 1971 from his Military career and continued in the civilian work force, retiring in 1986, and returned home to his birthplace in Coalgate, OK.
