PASSED AWAY:     Saturday, November 27, 2004 at a Boise hospital with family by her side.
AGE:     91 YEARS 6 MONTHS AND 13 DAYS.
 
EDUCATION:     ATTENDED SCHOOL IN OKLAHOMA.
 
MARRIED:     Thomas Jefferson Anderson In 1931. In 1957 she and Thomas separated and later divorced in 1975.
 
OCCUPATION:      drywall installer for 35 years, RETIRING in 1981. But retirement didn’t slow her down, she later worked for the Motel 6 on Vista for five years.
 
She was the last of 4 brothers and sisters to be born to John and Mary Katherine.  Rosetta was raised in Oklahoma and much of her younger life included planting corn, picking cotton, and farming. She was very close with her father and she was proud to be of Cherokee decent.  Rosetta moved to Boise in 1959. In 1983, Rosetta made her way to Meridian were she lived for 10 years.  It was in 1989 that she became a member of Eagles Lodge #2103 in Nampa.  She was just 10 days short of receiving her 15 year pin.  In 1999, Rosetta moved in with her daughter, Linda, in Nampa, where Linda cared for her.  In July, 2002, her son T. J. moved from Alabama and came to live with her and Linda in Nampa. Over the last four years friends and family made sure they got together to celebrate Rosetta’s birthdays.
 
Rosetta’s hobbies included bingo, gambling (especially slots), and darts.  She loved to crochet baby blankets, boots, hats, and mittens, But what she loved more than anything were her children. Rosetta will be greatly missed by all her friends and family.
