Allen Wayne Huddleston, age 77, a longtime Tushka, OK resident. He was born on Saturday, January 12, 1946, to Guy Barney and Thelma Louise (Choat) Huddleston, at Artesia, CA. Allen passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2023 at Edmond, OK. He attended Tushka High School. Allen was retired Army. Allen proudly served his country in The Army during the Vietnam Conflict, where he received two Purple Hearts. He married Debra (Bicknell) on Saturday, June 27th, 1981 at Atoka, OK. They celebrated 42 years of marriage before his passing. Allen was of the Baptist faith. He was a life member of DAV, First Calvary Division, enjoyed fishing, traveling and spending time with his grandchildren.
Allen is survived by his wife, Debra Huddleston of the home in Tushka, OK; daughter, Dede Pritchett of Tushka, OK; son, J.B. Pritchett and wife Apryl of Tulsa, OK; grandchildren, Shyenna Ivie and husband Jason, Saylor Pritchett, Jordan Pritchett, Adyson Pritchett; great grandchildren, Colt and Luke Ivie; brother, Robert Huddleston and wife Dreda of Wichita, KS; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
Allen was preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Thelma (Choat) Huddleston; grandparents, Jess and Nannie (Cargill) Huddleston, Hiram and Clearly (Anderson) Choat.
