Annette "Ann" (Boone) Stowe Johnson, age 67, a longtime Atoka, OK resident, was born on Wednesday, January 2, 1952, to Herman and Marie (Smart) Boone, at Maysville, OK.
Ann passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at Sherman, TX. She attended Atoka Elementary and Atoka High School.
Ann was a waitress, now retired. She married David Johnson on October 29, 1999 at Sherman, TX. They enjoyed 20 years of marriage before her passing. She married James Stowe on September 16, 1969 in Atoka, OK. He preceded her in death on May 23, 1999. Ann attended Lane Baptist Church. She enjoyed crafts and bingo. Ann loved to go to the casino and play the lottery, she was also a prankster. She was very much a people person.
Ann is survived by her husband, David Johnson of the home in Atoka, OK; son, Stacy Stowe and wife Tracy of Ada, OK; sisters, Joyce Marie (Boone) Shelton of Ada, OK, Jan Simpson and husband Clay of Lane, OK, Pam Pettigrew and husband Scott of Addison, TX; grandsons, Kyle Stowe and wife Jasmine of Coalgate, OK, Bradley Stowe of Coalgate, OK, Casey Stowe of Coalgate, OK; great grandsons, Bryson James Stowe of Coalgate, OK, Arlis Reign Stowe of Coalgate, OK; in laws, Charles Lee and Annie Jo Johnson of Stringtown, OK; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
Ann is preceded in death by her first husband, James Stowe; parents, Herman and Marie (Smart) Boone; brother, Jerry Lee Boone.
