PASSED AWAY: Annette passed away on January 27, 2018 at Tulsa, OK.

AGE:  46 years

EDUCATION: She attended Grants High School in Grants, NM.

OCCUPATION: Annette was a Home maker

MARRIED:  Annette married Gary Jim on March 31, 2003 at Coalgate, OK. He preceded her in death on August 27, 2017.

CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Annette was a member of Grace Christian Fellowship. She enjoyed her family,cooking, &  making sweet tea. Annette loved to laugh and help people, but her greatest joy was her boys and watching them play sports.
