Arzina "Faye" Herring, age 86, an Atoka, OK resident. She was born on Monday, January 24, 1938, to Clem and Mamie (Rollins) Orum, at Phoenix, AZ. Arzina passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at Atoka, OK. She attended schools all over and graduated High School. Arzina was a Inspector at Blue Bell where she retired. She married Raymond Herring on Tuesday, April 10th, 1956 at Wichita, Texas. Arzina was a member of the Blackjack Baptist Church. She enjoyed fishing, canning, and keeping her boys in line. She enjoyed spending time with her family especially her sisters and grandchildren.
She is survived by her sons, Jerry Herring of Blackjack, OK, Shriver Herring and wife Tammy of Blackjack, OK, James Herring and wife Denna of Bentley, OK, Clifford Herring of Blackjack, OK; sister, Evelyn Hurley of Chickasha, OK; 13 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
Arzina was preceded in death by her parents, Clem and Mamie (Rollins) Orum; husband, Raymond Herring; brother, Herbert Orum; sisters, Berthy Hurley, Dorothy Brown.
