Barbara passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at her residence in Muskogee, OK. She attended and graduated high school in Oklahoma City, OK. Barbara was a housewife and homemaker. She married Dennis Mosley on April 2, 1979 at Oklahoma City, OK. They had 36 wonderful years together. Barbara was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed working with her plants and flowers and loved spending time with her grandchildren, crocheting and all Oklahoma sporting events.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Veta (Bayles) Maxey ; brother, Ronnie Maxey .
