Barry James Chad Callicoat, age 30, a Durant, OK resident, was born on Friday, July 22, 1988, to Barry Craig and Penny Lee (Elrod) Callicoat, at McAlester, OK. Chad passed away on Monday, December 24, 2018 at his home in Durant, OK. He graduated from Antlers High School. Chad was a high liner. Chad enjoyed fishing, working on trucks, art, listing to music, back roading, and playing with his nephews.

Chad is survived by his father, Craig Callicoat and fiancé LeeAnn White of Durant, OK; brother, Steven Callicoat and wife Kesha of Caddo, OK; sisters, Rutanya Callicoat of Blue, OK, Lisa Callicaot of Boliver, MO; nephews, Tripton Callicoat, Kelton Weil, Kypton Weil; nieces, Haley Spence, Paige Spence, Trinity Smith, Alana Smith, Ariel Smith; grandmother, Cheryl Elrod; uncles, Harry Elrod and wife Kelli, Calvin Callicaot and wife Norma, Reed Callicoat and wife Doris; aunt, Lori Abbot; along with other relatives and many dear and loved friends.

Chad is preceded in death by his mother, Penny Lee Elrod; grandfathers, Bud Elrod and Foy Callicoat; grandmother,  Rene Callicoat.
