Benny "Dale" Hogan, age 69, a lifelong Atoka, OK resident. He was born on Monday, April 23, 1956, to Floyd Carl and Vivian Lucille (Eaves) Hogan, at Oklahoma City, OK. Dale passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2026 at Atoka, OK. He attended Bentley Grade School and graduated from Atoka High School. Dale was a rancher. He married Norma Ann (Stark) on April 23, 1987. She preceded him in death on April 18, 2025. They celebrated 38 years of marriage before her passing. Dale enjoyed raising cattle, camping and fishing.
Dale is survived by his daughter, Kristy Coles and husband Paul of Atoka, OK; grandchildren, Kourtney Cheadle and husband Donte of Lane, OK, Bryce Lopez and wife Lesley of Atoka, OK; great grandchildren, Kloee Cheadle of Lane, OK, Grayslynn Williams of Atoka, OK, Tyson Cheadle of Lane, OK, Winchester Cheadle of Lane, OK, Gunner Lopez of Atoka, OK, Grizzly Lopez of Atoka, OK; siblings, Harvey Hogan and wife Bonnie of Bentley, OK, Melba Mobbs of Atoka, OK, June Mobbs Shelton of Sherman, TX, Joyce Hall of Lane, OK, Kathryn Kennedy and husband Pat of Lane, OK, Donna Alloway and husband Sam of Oklahoma City, OK; twin sister, Gayle Phillips and husband Gary of Oklahoma City, OK; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
Dale was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Vivian Lucille (Eaves) Hogan; wife, Norma Hogan; brothers in law, Ray Mobbs, Cletus Shelton, Charles Hall.
