NAME: Betty Jean (Cross) Massey, age 88, a Centrahoma resident.

BORN: She was born on March 26, 1930, to Edgar and Stella (Sweat) Cross, at Tupelo, OK.

PASSED AWAY: Betty passed away on February 17, 2019 at Tulsa, OK.

AGE:  88 years, 10 months and 22 days.

EDUCATION: She attended Lone Oak School & graduated in 1947 from Tupelo High School, she later attended ECU.

OCCUPATION: Betty worked at the Army Ammunition Plant in Savanna, OK, & many years at the sewing plant Elsings Industries in Eufaula. She retired in 1988, but continued working the family farm.

MARRIED: Betty married Roy Leon Massey on June 2, 1949 at Ada, Ok., he preceded her in death on June 9, 1984.

CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS:  Betty was affiliated with Lighthouse Christian Church of Eufaula, OK & Gospel Lighthouse Pentecostal, Centrahoma, OK. She enjoyed Church, sewing & gardening.
