Billie Faye (Davis) Goodson, age 78, a Durant, OK resident, was born on Monday, January 26, 1942, to Jake and Gracie Viola (Keith) Davis, at Jumbo, OK. Billie passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at Oklahoma City, OK. She graduated from Atoka High School and also attended college. Billie was a Lieutenant Correctional Officer for McCloud Correctional Center. She married Billy Wayne Goodson on Tuesday, March 17th, 1959 at Denison, TX. Billie was a member of the Lane Church of Christ. She liked spending time at the lake with her family and friends, taking short trips with her Bubba Gump sisters, deer hunting, spending time at the shooting range. She loved to play wahoo and flip the table when she suspected someone was cheating or was getting beat. Her favorite activities included reading, working puzzles and shopping for antiques. Billie is survived by her daughters, Stacy Bennett of Durant, OK, Marsha Boyd and husband Jason of Caddo, OK; grandchildren, Stormy Farrell of Tulsa, OK, Chance Wilson of Atoka, OK, Dillion Brewster of Durant, OK, Bryar Wilson and wife Sarah of Atoka, OK, Kelsey Jamison and husband Hunter of Durant, OK, Kensie Boyd of Durant, OK; numerous great grandchildren; sisters, Sandra Hammond of Atoka, OK, Connie White of Lane, OK;
along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends. Billie was preceded in death by her parents, Jake and Gracie Viola (Keith) Davis; husband, Billy Wayne Goodson; daughter, Dodie (Goodson) Wilson; grandson, J.P. Farrell; sister, Joyce (Davis) Rector
