Billy Wayne Mann, age 56, a longtime Atoka, OK resident, was raised in Atoka county, lived all over the world and spent the last two years in Medellin, Colombia during winter months and in Atoka, OK for the fishing season. He was born on Monday, December 19, 1966, to Willard B. and Darlene (Cornwell) Mann, at Atoka, OK. Billy passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at Medellin, Pabloda, Colombia. He attended Stringtown and Tushka Schools and graduated from Atoka High School. He then went on to receive a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering and a Degree in Philosophy. Billy was an electronics engineer and an entrepreneur. Billy proudly served his country in The U.S. Army. He married Luz Aleris Usuga. Billy was of the Methodist faith. He loved spending time with his family, traveling the world and fishing. As a caring and giving man with a soft spot for children he donated to organizations all over the world for underprivileged kids.
Billy is survived by his children, Matthew Mann and wife K.J. of Odessa, TX, Alesia Mann of Norman, OK, Dayzi Mann of Wynewood, OK, Claire Mann of Maysville, OK; grandchildren, Taylor Mann, Guymon Mann, Eli Mann, Navey Runyan; brother, Cory Barnes; sister, Kayla Barnes; uncle, Donnie Allen and wife Mary of Atoka, OK; cousins and their children, Jeff Allen and wife Michelle, children Jax, Molly, Sean, Andee of Atoka, OK, Lori James and husband Dan, children, Levi, Will of Atoka, OK niece, Hannah Mann of Maine; nephew, Jeremiah Mann of Maine; along with other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Willard B. and Darlene (Cornwell) Mann; brother, Dennis Lynn Mann.
