Billy Wayne Mobbs, age 61, an Atoka, OK resident since the age of 20 was raised in Oklahoma City, OK, was born on Sunday, November 4, 1961, to Billy Junior and Mary Ellen (Culwell) Mobbs, at Oklahoma City, OK. Billy passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at his home in Atoka, OK. He attended Old Classic High School in Oklahoma City, OK. Billy was a machinist for Atoka Trailers for 17 years. He married Ginger Leigh (Wall) on Saturday, June 30th, 2001 at Lane, OK. Billy was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playng Corn Hole, cooking and smoking meat, being around family and loved going to Grannie's. Billy also enjoyed watching the grandkids play sports and helping the nieces and nephews fish.
Billy is survived by his wife, Ginger Leigh Mobbs of the home in Lane, OK; parents, Billy and Mary Ellen (Culwell) Mobbs of Bentley, OK; children, Kadie Mobbs of Lane, OK, Dalton Howard of Magnolia, TX, Shane Ritchie and wife Laura of Atoka, OK; grandchildren, Kollin, Kyleigh and Konner Ritchie; sister, Tonia Teston of Bentley, OK; brother, Ronnie Mobbs of Bentley, OK; niece, Prue Voeks and husband Ray of Newcastle, OK; nephews, David Teston Jr. of Duncan, OK, Rocky Teston and wife Laurie of Duncan, OK, Danny Teston and wife Angela of Bentley, OK; 11 great nieces and nephews; father in law, Bill Wall of Lane, OK; along with other relatives and many dear friends.
Billy was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Earl and Jewel Mobbs; maternal grandparents, Hershel and Mary Culwell; mother in law, Wanda Wall.
