Billy J Wall, age 91, lived 38 years in Oklahoma City, and has been a Lane, Oklahoma resident since 1989, was born on Sunday, November 22, 1931, to William Edgar 'Buck' and Elath Elzora (Cook) Wall, at Bohler, OK. Billy passed away on Monday, June 5, 2023 at his home in Lane, OK.He attended Bohler and Webster Schools in Atoka County before graduating from Atoka High School. Billy worked a number of years at Armour & Wilson's Packing Plant on the kill floor and was a carpenter for 32 years for Independent Screen Doors & Windows. He married Wanda Lou Sanders on Thursday, August 10th, 1950 at Hugo, Oklahoma. They spent 64 wonderful years together before her passing in 2014. Billy was the oldest living member of Lane Baptist Church at the time of his passing, he was also a member of the Atoka Trail Riders. He loved raising and riding horses, raising cattle, and loved country music.
He is survived by his daughters, Cynthia Kay of Lane, OK, Marcia Wilson and husband Joe of Wayne, OK, Ginger Mobbs of Lane, OK; grandchildren, Tracy Evans and husband Gary of Moore, OK, Tana Kay of Lane, OK, Chad Wilson of Louisville, CO, Justin Wilson and wife Melissa of Bella Vista, AR, Shane Ritchie and wife Laura of Atoka, OK, Dalton Howard of Magnolia, TX, Kadie Mobbs of Lane, OK; great grandchildren, Garrett Evans, Stormy Evans, Kollin Ritchie, Kyleigh Ritchie, Konner Ritchie; 1 great great grandchild, Memphis Evans; brother in law, Don Sanders and wife Phyllis of Denton, TX, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loved relatives and many dear friends.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents, William Edgar 'Buck' and Elath Elzora (Cook) Wall; wife, Wanda Lou Wall; brother, James Edgar Wall; in laws, Homer and Nona Edna Sanders; son in laws, Billy Wayne Mobbs, Ira Dewayne Kay
