Billye Winfield, a beautiful, vibrant, energetic lady who loves her Lord passionately, her family unconditionally and her dog, Morty, tenderly. With a sparkle in her eye and a smile on her face, Billye never met a stranger, She had a way about her that made everyone feel that they were very special to her, as they indeed were. As Clarence the angel in "It's a Wonderful Life" stated, "Strange isn't it? Each man touches so many other lives. When he's not around he leaves an awful hole, doesn't he?"
