Bobby David Frazier, age 84, a lifelong Atoka, OK resident, was born on Thursday, February 15, 1940, to Elmer Curley and Rosa Lee (Clayton) Frazier, at Atoka, OK. Bobby passed away on Monday, September 9, 2024 at Ada, OK. He attended Dunbar and Atoka High School. Bobby worked for Atoka County District 2, Sheriff's Office and the City of Atoka. Bobby served his country in The Oklahoma National Guard. He married JoAnn (Hill) on Sunday, February 7th, 1982 at Atoka, OK. They celebrated over 42 years of marriage before his passing. He was a member of the Bethel A.M.E. Church. Bobby loved to hunt, fish, camp out, tinkering with anything with a motor and visiting with his family.
Bobby leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, JoAnn Frazier of the home in Atoka, OK; daughter, Irella Frazier of the home in Atoka, OK; granddaughter, Izabella Frazier of the home in Atoka, OK; sons, RW Frazier of Atoka, OK, Tommy Frazier of Oklahoma City, OK, David Frazier of Oklahoma City, OK, Heath Frazier of Oklahoma City, OK, Victor Frazier of Oklahoma City, OK; sister, Elizabeth Frazier of Atoka, OK; step children, Vivian Jackson of Atoka, OK, Teresa Pernell of Atoka, OK, Vincent Pernell of Atoka, OK;  brother, Jimmy Frazier of Atoka, OK; along with grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Rosa Frazier; son, Andre Frazier; sisters, Bertha Harrison, Lorene Alexander; brothers, Kalip Frazier, Charles Coulter, Lorenza Burris, Sonny Frazier; granddaughter, LaToya Colbert.
