Obituary Bobby Leon Starnes, age 71, an Atoka, OK resident, was born on Monday, November 17, 1941, to Owen and Hazel Bertha (Dillingham) Starnes, at Farris, OK. Bobby passed away on Monday, June 10, 2013 at Atoka, OK. He attended high school in Wichita, KS. Bobby was a carpenter. He married Billie Faye Timmons in 1959 at Wichita, KS. Bobby is survived by his son, Wayne Starnes and wife Tammy of Paden, OK.; grandson, Robert Starnes of Paden, OK.; brothers, Pat Starnes and wife Julie of Farris, OK., Larry Starnes and wife Sandi of Farris, OK.; niece, Christy Miller and husband John of Stringtown, OK.; nephews, Patrick Starnes and wife Brandy of Farris, OK., Matt Starnes of Farris, OK.; first wife, Billie Starnes of Paden, OK.; along with other relatives and dear friends.
