Bobby Dean Tolbert, age 58, a life long Reagan area resident passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2008. Graveside service will be Saturday, November 1, 2008 at the Troy Cemetery in Troy, OK. Rev. Jonathan Smith will officiate. Serving as pallbearers are Danny Clement, Kase Crouch, Larry Perkins, Delwin Hughes, Jack Smith, and Brian Tolbert. He was born January 10, 1950 in Yakima, Washington to Elvie E. and Cleo P.(Standifer) Tolbert. He attended Mill Creek Schools graduating in 1968 he also attended classes at Murray State College. He married Debbie Smith. Bobby worked as a concrete finisher and construction worker. He loved to go camping, hunting and fishing. He is survived by Son: Kaz Dean Tolbert and wife Christina of Davis, Oklahoma Brother: E. J. Tolbert and wife Pauline of Tishomingo, Oklahoma Grandchildren: Brittinii and Colton Tolbert of Davis, Oklahoma Sisters: Jane Gay Haslam and husband Bob of West Lake, Rhode Island Delpha Lucille Diehl of Dayton, Ohio Uncle: J. W. Standifer and wife Pearline of Sulphur, Oklahoma along with numerous nieces, nephew, aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear and loved friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; Elvie and Cleo Tolbert, two brothers; Elvie Tolbert Jr. and Clarence O. "Smokey" Tolbert and sister; Ada Vallee
