OBITUARY

Brenda Kay (Mitchell) Cole, a Coalgate resident was born to Joseph Adam and Cordie Lavada (Manning) Mitchell at Bakersfield, CA, she passed away on July 27, 2026 in Coalgate at the age of 74 years, 9 months, and 15 days. She attended Lamont High School in California. Brenda was a homemaker and a really great cook. She enjoyed fishing, tinkering with broken things, rock collecting, and was a seamstress. Brenda also enjoyed watching TV, her favorites being; The Voice, NCIS, Family Feud, and Big Bang Theory.

DAUGHTER: Stephanie Kay Mecanis of Coalgate, OK

SON: William Howard of Independence, CA

GRANDCHILDREN: Brendan Mitchell, Alexander Morgan, William Howard III, Selena Mecanis, Mackayla Howard

GREAT-GRANDCHILD: Kadan Morgan

Along with numerous nieces, nephews, and dearly loved and friends.
