Brenda Lee Kelcey, age 54, an Atoka, OK resident, was born on Friday, May 29, 1959, to Carl and Joyce (Doggett) Taylor, at Midwest City, OK. Brenda passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at Oklahoma City, OK. She attended Midwest city grade school then Norman High School. Brenda was a waitress. She married Tommy Kelcey on October 22, 1976 at Del City, OK. Brenda was of the Baptist faith she enjoyed going to the lake, camping, watching movies, and spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren. Brenda was survived by her husband, Tommy Kelcey of Atoka, OK.; mother, Joyce Wear of Midwest City, OK.; children, Amy Goins and husband David of Grove, OK., Crystal Alexander and husband Jimmy of Atoka, OK., Tommy Kelcey Jr. and wife Beverly of Oklahoma City, OK., Andrea Kelcey of Atoka, OK.; siblings, Larry Royce and wife Phyllis of New Hampshire, Larry Foster and wife Sheila of Texas, Sheri McGee and husband Dennis of Midwest City, OK., Dewayne Hayes and wife Kelly of Norman, OK.; 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
