Carl Richard Green, age 76, a longtime Caney, OK resident, was born on Thursday, December 23, 1943, to Lloyd Thomas and Lola Mae (Stafford) Green, at Paducah, TX. Carl passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at his home in Caney, OK surrounded by his loved ones. He attended Bokchito High School. Carl worked as a pipefitter and then went on to work for Ethan Allen for 19 years. He married Judy (Hammons) in 1965 at Bokchito, OK. They got to celebrate 55 years of marriage before his passing. Carl was of the Pentecostal Holiness faith. He enjoyed drag racing, playing guitar, horseshoes and spending time with the family.
Carl is survived by his wife, Judy Green of the home in Caney, OK; daughter, Annette Hughes of Caney, OK; sons, Richard Green and wife Misty of Caney, OK, Brett Green of Caney, OK; grandchildren, Brandi Miller and husband Brad of Caney, OK, Jody Towes and husband Nate of Calera, OK, Shalyn Hughes of Caney, OK, Landon Green and wife Ashley of Caney, OK, Garrett Green and wife Kezie of Caney, OK, Preston Green of Caney, OK; great grandchildren, Everly, Ryken, Nolan, Chyenne, Blair, Abby, Zeb, Jalie, Jersie; siblings, Ladella Early and husband Henry of Silo, OK, Loretta Head of Caney, OK, Tersia Johnson and husband Larry of Dike, TX; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
Carl was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd Thomas and Lola Mae (Stafford) Green; siblings, Wayne Green Ronnie Green, Judy Green; son in law, Shane Hughes.
