BORN: She was born on November 26, 1946, to Auther James "AJ" and Gladys Christine (Rains) Calvin, at Atoka, OK.

PASSED AWAY: Carolyn passed away on Friday, March 24, 2017 at Atoka, OK.

AGE: 70 years, 2 months and 26 days.

EDUCATION: She attended and graduated from Atoka High School.

OCCUPATION: Carolyn was a LPN.

MARRIED: She married Lonnie Dale Ford on Monday, January 13th, 1986 at Durant, OK. They had 30 wonderful years together before his passing on June 4, 2016.

CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Carolyn was of the baptist faith. She enjoyed gardening, doing genealogy, taking care of her family and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
