BORN: She was born on Monday, February 24, 1941, to Willie Ivan and Willadeen (Caten) Stephenson, at Ft. Worth, TX.

PASSED AWAY: Carolyn passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at her residence in Boswell, OK.

AGE:  76 years, 3 months and 29 days.

EDUCATION: She graduated High School.

OCCUPATION: Carolyn was a production worker for General Motors.

MARRIED: She was happily married Robert Mayse on August 1, 1958. They had 55 wonderful years together before his passing in 2013.

CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Carolyn was a member of Crystal Baptist Church. She enjoyed horseback riding, ranching, and all animals.
