BORN: He was born on Monday, April 21, 1952, to Melvin Floyd and Evie Adale (Smith) Head, at Caney, OK.

PASSED AWAY: Carrol passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at Atoka, OK.

AGE: 64 years, 1 month and 21 days.

EDUCATION: He graduated from Caney School in 1971 and then later attended college.

OCCUPATION: Carrol painted dozers for Ronnie Cochran and also painted refurbished electronics.

MARRIED: He married Derise "Dee" (Epps) on Tuesday, May 21st, 1991 at Sherman, TX. They had 25 wonderful years together.

CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Carrol was of the Freewill Baptist faith. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing and gardening.
