William Chad Welch, age 38, a Coalgate resident.  He was born on September 27, 1981, to Bill and Gloria Faye (Cummins) Welch, at Oklahoma City, OK. Chad passed away on July 9, 2020 at Oklahoma City, OK. He attended Cottonwood, Olney & Coalgate High School. Chad was a roustabout in the Oilfield business. He was a Baptist. He enjoyed fishing, camping, visiting with friends. His greatest joy was his boys & spending time with them.

Sons: Christian Flint-Welch, Colby Welch, Levi Welch all of Coalgate, OK

Granddaughter:  Kayla Flint-Welch

Brothers: Kevin Milam & wife Kristy of Tushka, OK, Shawn Welch of OKC, OK

Along with nieces, nephews, and many friends
