Clarence Eugene Homer, a Lawton resident, was born on March 26, 1964, to Anna Belle (Homer) Pike, at Talihina, Oklahoma. He passed away on November 24, 2025, at his home in Lawton at the age of 61 years, 7 months and 29 days. Clarence graduated from Sanger High School in Sanger, Texas. He worked as a laborer in construction.
