NAME: Corrina "Cory" Jayne Hyde, age 55, a longtime Atoka, OK resident.

BORN: She was born on Friday, September 8, 1961, to Thomas Gordon and Angela Elaine (Airey) Hyde, at Sculthorpe, England.

PASSED AWAY: Cory passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at her residence in Atoka, OK.

AGE: 55 years, 4 months and 13 days.

EDUCATION: She graduated from Tushka High School and attended Southeastern University State College.

OCCUPATION: Cory was a teacher that all the kids loved. They couldn't wait to show Miss Cory what they had done. She has had books published with some of her poems; she baked and decorated cakes.

CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: She was of the Baptist faith. Cory enjoyed baking cakes and cupcakes, working in her yard, fixing her house and mostly doing things with her friends. Cory loved to travel and experience new things. She never met a stranger and helped anyone she could.
