Dale Wayne Woods was born on November 23, 1937 in Clarita, OK. He passed away on December 8, 2019 at the age of 82.

He is survived by three daughters, Natalie (Woods) Eppler, Althea (Woods) Drake and Amanda (Woods) Bonner-Beakstead, one granddaughter, four grandsons, three great grandsons, sister, Juanita Williams, brother Jimmy Woods, brother Harold Woods,and many nieces, nephews , and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Woods, mother, Tennie Marie Woods, brother, Harvey Royce Woods, sister- in-law Beatrice Woods, brother, Billy Joe Woods, sister-in-law,Lorene Woods, nephews, Royce & James Woods, sister-in-law, Nancy Woods, and brother-in-law, T.O. Williams
