NAME: Danny "Dirty Dan" Gene Brittain, age 68, a longtime Atoka, OK county residentfor the past 35 years, reared in OKC.
BORN: He was born on July 27, 1947, to Jimmy and Bobbi Ruth (Simpkins) Brittain, at Pauls Valley, OK.
PASSED AWAY: Dan passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at McAlester, OK.
AGE: 68 years, 3 months and 22 days.
EDUCATION: He attended Harding High School in Oklahoma City, OK where he played football.
OCCUPATION: Dan was an owner/operator for Brittain Trucking for most of his adult life.
MARRIED: He married Ruthie I. Bomesberger on November 6, 1965 in Winterhaven, CA. They had 50 wonderful years together.
CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Dan was affiliated with the Assembly of God and attended Northside Assembly of God. He loved fishing, target practice, collecting knives, jewelry, rocks and spending time with family, especially his grandchildren.

A very special friend and adopted child: Jami and Baylee Grace Dunn
SPECIAL COUSIN: Harold James of Stratford, OK
BROTHER: Billy Bob Brittain and wife Eva of Oklahoma City, OK
SISTER: Barbara Gonzalez of Yuma, AZ
along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
