Darla (Crites) Sheffer, age 58, a Springtown, TX resident formerly of Caney was born on Saturday, July 16, 1960, to Daniel Isacc and Patricia Ann (Ingram) Crites, at Grapevine, TX. Darla passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2019 at Plano, TX. She attended 1st to the 5th grade in Euless, TX and went on to attend Caney High School. Darla was a homemaker.
She married Brent Dewayne Sheffer on Wednesday, February 28th, 1996 at Ft. Worth, TX. They had 23 wonderful years together. Darla attended 1st Baptist in Springtown, TX. She enjoyed shopping, watching her boys racing, and cleaning house. Darla loved her children and grandchildren.
Darla is survived by her husband Brent Dewayne Sheffer of Springtown, TX; sons, Junior Styles and wife Faby of Ft. Worth, TX, Branson Sheffer and wife Callie of Springtown, TX; brothers, Danny Crites of Caney, OK, Doyen Crites and wife Melody of Caddo, OK; sister, Dana Meadows and husband Derk of Tushka, OK; granddaughter, Faith Styles of Ft. Worth, TX; grandson, Logan Jones of Springtown, TX; mother, Patricia Ann Crites; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Darla is preceded in death by her father, Daniel Isacc Crites; grandparents, Kermit and Willie Crites, Jack and Jo Ingram
