David Lee Smith, a Coalgate resident, was born on March 11, 1967, to Jimmy Dale and Mary Leota (Osban) Smith, at Oklahoma City, OK. He passed away on March 25, 2022 at Ada, OK at the age of 55 years and 14 days. David graduated from Tupelo High School in the Class of 1986. He was a machinist at Du-Ann Company.

Along with numerous nieces, nephews and many dearly loved friends
