Obituary Debbie Lee (Stephen) Hicks, age 49, an Atoka, OK resident, was born on Tuesday, May 07, 1963, to Ellis and Marbell (McCummins) Stephen, at Talihina, OK. Debbie passed away on Friday, October 5, 2012 at Atoka, OK. She attended Atoka High School. Debbie was a Homemaker. She was a Christian, enjoyed yard sales, and spending time with her two boys. Debbie is survived by her companion, Billy Coble of Atoka, OK.; sons, William and Andrew Coble of Atoka, OK.; brothers, Lynn "Cub" Stephen and wife Carolyn of Bentley, OK., Dale "Nub" Stephen and wife Shirley of Stringtown, OK.; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Ellis and Marbell (McCummins) Stephen; son, Ronnie Hicks; brothers, Ron and Ferman Stephen; granddaughter, Heavenlee Hicks.
