EDUCATION: Debbie attended Bromide Grade School and graduated from Wapanucka High School MARRIED: She married James Parnell on May 24, 1974 at Ravia, Oklahoma CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES, AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Debbie attended Bromide Baptist Church. She loved working and eating at Kelli's Kitchen in Wapanucka, collecting dolls , going to garage sales and collecting pictures of family and friends. SURVIVED BY HUSBAND: James Parnell of the home in Bromide CHILDREN: Jamie Parnell and Amanda of Roff, Ok Jeff Parnell and Annda of Ada, Ok. GRANDCHILDREN: Colton and Logan Parnell of Roff, Ok. and Talese Parnell of Ada, Ok. MOTHER: Margie Foster of Bromide, Ok. BROTHER: Steve Foster and wife Lisa of Bromide, Ok.
