Delbert Charlie Bicknell, age 70, a Atoka, OK resident., He was born on Friday, July 16, 1943, to Cecil and Caldonia (Tramble) Bicknell, at Atoka, OK. Delbert passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at the Veterans Hospital in Muskogee, OK. He attended school in Stringtown and Atoka as a young man. Delbert was a logger. Delbert proudly served his country in the Army during Vietnam. He married Judy Levon (Hornback) on July 31, 1964 in Arcadia, CA. Delbert was of the Baptist faith. He loved to garden and go fishing. Delbert is survived by his wife, Judy Levon Bicknell of the home in Atoka, OK; children, Steven Bicknell of Granby, MO, Sheila Shannon and husband Robert of Atoka, OK; granddaughters, Jasmine Shannon and fiance Chance Dever of Atoka, OK, Rose Shannon of Atoka, OK; great granddaughter, Addisyn Nicole Dever; brother, Archie Bicknell and wife Gail of Atoka, OK; nephew, Carl Bicknell and wife Cynthia of Krebbs, OK; also survived by other relative and friends.
