OBITUARY
Delores Anne (Frazier) Lewis, age 69, a longtime Pittsburg County resident, also lived in the Dow , Savanna and Kiowa communities. Delores has been a Stratford, OK resident for the past 19 years. She was born on Sunday, June 4, 1950, to Edgel and Clovis Lavada (Belvin) Frazier, at Talihina, OK. Delores passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at Ada, OK. She attended Dow elementary, middle school in Savanna , OK and graduated from Kiowa High School before attending Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Delores was a housewife and homemaker, she also worked as a secretary for the flight instructors at Will Rogers Airport, a medical transcriptionist at Carl Albert Indian Hospital in Ada and many years at the Purcell Hospital, and the Choctaw Nation doing transcripts.
She married Gaylon Ray Lewis on Saturday, February 26th, 1972 at Kiowa, OK. They were married for 47 years before her passing. Delores attended the Coalgate Seventh-Day Adventist Church. She was a proud member of the Choctaw Nation. Delores loved to sew and was an excellent seamstress, she loved to visit with friends and family and loved looking at the countryside. Delores had a passion for growing flowers, loving her children and grandchildren.

Delores is survived by her husband ,Gaylon Ray Lewis of Stratford; children, Keri Foster and husband Howard of Pauls Valley, OK, Kelly Lewis of Stratford, OK; grandchildren, Clayton Pearson of Pauls Valley, OK, Elisabeth Rogers, of Pauls Valley, OK, Lilly Rogers of Pauls Valley, OK, Skyler Lewis of Stratford, OK; siblings, Pamela Cole and husband Carey of Coalgate, OK, James Frazier and wife Vicki of Coalgate, OK, Joni Gonzalez of Norman, OK, Rebecca Pickens of Coalgate, OK, William Frazier of Tushka, OK, Stephen Frazier of Wardville, OK, Lucinda Kuykendall and husband Bill of Cartwright, OK; brother-in-laws, Danny Lewis of Purcell, OK, Michael Lewis and wife Aida of Wayne, OK; Along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.

Delores is preceded in death by her father, Edgel Frazier; mother, Lavada (Belvin) Frazier Duke; sister, Carolyn Ned.
