PASSED AWAY: He passed away on August 19, 2010 at the Pushmataha County Hospital, Antlers, Ok. AGE 90 YEARS 7 MONTHS AND 6 DAYS EDUCATION: He attended school in Albion, Ok. MARRIED TO: Carl married Eva Lee (Layne) on January 16, 1946, at Antlers, Ok. OCCUPATION: He was a rancher. CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES, AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Carl was a member of the Farris Baptist Church. He was a rancher and sawmill owner. Carl drover a road grater for Atoka County for 10years then retired. SURVIVED BY WIFE: Eva Lee Gorden of the home in Centerpoint, Ok. CHILDREN: Teresa Romines and husband O.D. of Antlers, Ok. Karen Henderson of Jacksonville, Fl. Bruce Gorden and wife Penny of Newton, Tx. Diedra Wood and husband Carl of Bentonville, Ar. Lisa Freeman and husband Wayne of Noble, Ok. GRANDCHILDREN: 15 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild Along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles and other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
