Denny Ray Bicknell, age 58, a lifelong Atoka, OK resident. He was born on Sunday, June 6, 1965, to Roy Cecil and Almeta (Penick) Bicknell, at Atoka, OK. Denny passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at Sherman, TX. He graduated from Atoka High School. Denny was a tree trimmer. He was of the Baptist faith. Denny was just an old country boy who loved to fish, hunt, camp, be in the outdoors and play with his kids and grandkids.
Denny is survived by his sons, Danny Bicknell of Atoka, OK, Justin Bicknell and wife Jessica Bicknell of Stigler, OK; daughter, McKenzie Bicknell of Atoka, OK; grandchildren, Payzlee Weston, Gunner Weston, Serenity Bicknell, Adalaya Bicknell, Baron Bicknell; siblings, Rick Bicknell of Oklahoma City, OK, Peggy Bicknell and husband Freddy of Atoka, OK, Jackie Bicknell of Atoka, OK, Leasia Bicknell and husband David Atoka, OK, Mike Bicknell of Atoka, OK, Lenny Bicknell and wife Holly of Atoka, OK, Jimmy Bicknell and wife Marion of Atoka, OK; along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
Denny was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Cecil and Almeta (Penick) Bicknell; brothers, David Bicknell, Bill Bicknell, Danny Bicknell; sisters, Connie Dollar, Cynthia Bicknell.
