Donald Ray Collins Jr., age 35, an Atoka, OK resident, was born on Sunday, November 26, 1978, to Donald and Janice (Shields) Collins, SR., in Fort Worth, TX. Donald passed away on Tuesday, January 28, 2014 in Durant, OK. He graduated from Atoka High School in 1996 and later received a culinary arts degree from Job Corp. Donald was a black jack dealer. He attended the Fourth Ward Church of Christ. Don served as a spokesperson for the Bone Marrow Transplant Organization, after receiving a transplant of his own from Mr. Eugene Boyd, an employee on Capitol Hill at the Library of Congress. Don enjoyed spending time with his multitude of family watching and discussing sports. He was an avid OU Sooners fan as well as the Kansas City Chiefs. Don enjoyed computers and was a master video gamer. Donald is survived by his parents, Janice (Shields) McGee and husband Wallace of the home, Don Collins Sr. and wife Joy of Corpus Christi, TX.; siblings, Cameron Crawford and wife Bobby of Sallisaw, OK., Michael Henderson and Heather and family of Tulsa, OK., Daniel Collins of Tulsa, OK., Latoya Rodriguez of Corpus Christ, TX., Twila Henderson of Tulsa, OK.; paternal grandfather, Herbert Collins of Tulsa, OK.; along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
