Donna Jean Rowley, a Coalgate resident, was born on January 15, 1961, to James Franklin and Mary Ruth (Woodell) Burkes, at Ada, Oklahoma. She passed away on September 28, 2026, at her home in Coalgate, Oklahoma, at the age of 65 years, 8 months and 13 days. Donna works as a hemming machine operator at Wrangler. She was happily married to Rickie Rudell Rowley.
