OBITUARY
Dorothy Louise Pruett Thomas, age 78, an Atoka, OK resident was born on Sunday, January 10, 1943, to Cannie and Jessie (Campbell) Pruett, at Caney, OK. Dorothy passed away on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Atoka, OK. She attended Post Oak school and was a 1961 graduate of Caney High School. Dorothy was a Housewife. She married Leonard K, Gibby in October of 1961. Dorothy was of the Baptist faith and she enjoyed canning, sewing, gardening. Dorothy also enjoyed going camping and she loved family get togethers.

Dorothy is survived by her son, Ron Gibby and wife Becky of Atoka, OK; step grandchildren, Deaion Siron of Atoka, OK, Buck Wilson of Atoka, OK ; brother, Bill Pruitt of Oklahoma City, OK; sister, Frances Dennis of Caney, OK; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, Cannie and Jessie Pruett; husband, Leonard K. Gibby, siblings, Nadine, Wayne, Ralph, Bill, Jewel, Lucy and Nona
