PASSED AWAY: Doug passed away on June 23, 2011, at Seminole, Ok. AGE 69 YEARS 1 MONTHS AND 17 DAYS EDUCATION: He graduated from Stringtown High School in 1960. OCCUPATION: Doug was a Carpenter and Commercial Construction building apartment complexes and hotels. MILITARY: He served his country in the National Guard in Atoka. CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Doug was compassionately called "Grumpy" by his grandchildren. He was a Baptist, and enjoyed deer hunting and fishing. SURVIVED BY COMPANION: Marie Ann Galante of the home in Seminole, Ok. CHILDREN: Kevin Emmit Conn and wife Gwen of Fittstown, Ok. Henry Douglas Conn and wife Deanne of Tushka, Ok. Sonya Rae Conn of Tyler, Tx. Leslie Radean Lang and husband Joe of Atoka, Ok. BROTHER: Emmit Raymond Conn and wife Connie of Scurry, Tx. SISTER: Mary Allen and husband Donnie of Atoka, Ok. GRANDCHILDREN: 11 grandchildren & 7 great grandchildren Along with numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
