Earnest William McMahan was born April 17, 1934 in Walters, Oklahoma to Calvin and Eunice Mae(Robertson) McMahan. He went to be with is Saviour, Friday, February 15, 2008 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Earnest and Susie Wilcher were married in 1956 at Stanford, Kentucky. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and was a tank mechanic and was stationed in Germany. Earnest worked as a mechanic for the Haliburton Company in Duncan, Oklahoma and retired in 1985. He loved to fish and hunt and was a member of the National Rifle Association and the Enos Baptist Church. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife Sue of the home, three children Ron McMahan of Santa Fe, N. M., Sandra McMahan of Norman and Kelly McMahan of Durant. Six grandchildren, Robby McMahan and wife Tara of Duncan, James McMahan and wife Ashley of Norman, Katrina Hammock and husband Scott of Norman, Amanda McMahan of Santa Fe, N.M., Tracy and Billy McMahan both of Crab Orchard, Ky. Seven great grandchildren, a sister Margarita Thomas of Odessa, Texas and a brother Eugene McMahan of Houston, Texas and numerous neices, nephew, cousins, other relatives and many dear and loved friends and neighbors.
