Elvira Marie Riley, age 88, a longtime Olney resident. She was born on October 24, 1931, to Franklin "Frank" Drawbaugh Sr. & Mary Ethel (Pickett) Drawbaugh, in Lehigh, OK. Elvira passed away on January 14, 2020 at Olney, OK. She attended & graduated from Olney High School in 1950.  Elvira worked Blue Bell/Wrangler & V.F. Corporation for 21 years but in later years she was a homemaker. She married Ira Lee Riley on June 17, 1950, he preceded her in death on March 15, 2005. Elvira was a longtime member of the Olney Baptist Church. Elvira enjoyed reading, puzzles, sewing, gardening & her chickens. She loved her family & her farm life.
