BORN: He was born on Wednesday, May 18, 1938, to Horace and Leta Leola (Davis) Payne, at Jumbo, OK.
PASSED AWAY: Elzie passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at Coalgate, OK.
AGE: 78 years, 2 months and 4 days.
EDUCATION: He attended Jumbo, Daisy and Atoka Public Schools.
OCCUPATION: Elzie was a feed truck driver
MILITARY: Elzie proudly served his country in The National Guard.
CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Elzie was of the baptist faith. He liked going to the coffee shop, visiting, telling stories, playing cards and he loved animals.
