Ettie Lou (Lawrence) Baskett, age 98, a Clarita resident, passed away on June 16, 2020 at Coalgate, OK. She was born on September 28, 1921, to Julius & Lily (Davidson) Lawrence, at Olney, OK. She graduated from Olney High School. Ettie married W.M. Basket, they spent 72 loving years together, before his passing in 2012. During WWII, Ettie worked in the shipping yard as a welder in Long Beach, California. She retired from Blue Bell/Wrangler after working there for 28 Years. Ettie's job, that she got the greatest pleasure out of was being a homemaker to her husband W.M. & her children. Ettie was a member of the Clarita Methodist Church. She enjoyed gardening,  flower gardens, crocheting. Ettie's greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.

SONS:  William Larry Baskett & wife Jean of Moore, OK

Kenneth Ray Baskett & wife Bernice of Sapulpa, OK

6-GRANDCHILDREN:  Lisa Hall, Brian Ward, Amy Greer, Mindy Fox, Jason Baskett, Shelley Lee

Numerous great-grandchildren

SIBLINGS: Jack Lawrence, Virginia Morrison, Rex Lawrence, Vivian Simmons,

Mergie Kent, Wayne Lawrence, Johnnie Patterson, Julius "Skeet" Lawrence, Melba Oliver

Along with numerous other dearly loved family & friends.
