BORN: He was born on Saturday, March 11, 1922, to Nathan Ethaniel and Goldie Mae (Secrest) McGhee, at Heavener, OK. PASSED AWAY: Everett passed away on Monday, October 6, 2014 at his residence in Larkspur, CO. AGE: 92 years, 6 months and 25 days. EDUCATION: He attended school at Holdenville, OK and received a Bachelor's Degree from Southeastern University. OCCUPATION: Everett was a FBI Special Agent for 35 and retired in 1977 to Oklahoma to be near family. MILITARY: Everett proudly served his country in the Army during WWII. MARRIED: He married Rhetta Bowman on October 1, 1943 at Shreveport, LA, she preceded him in death in 1991. He later married Marie Campbell on October 30, 1993 at Atoka, OK, she preceded him in death in 2011. CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Everett was a member of First Baptist Church of Atoka, OK. A devout Christian and deacon in his church, Everett spend his free time on his passions, basketball and golf, playing basketball well into his 60's and was an avid golfer into his mid 80's. His sense of humor and dedication to his family will be greatly missed. He looked after his family, friends and church throughout his life.
