OBITUARY NAME: Floyd Reaves "Jug" Hackworth a lifelong Bromide area resident. BORN: He was born on March 29, 1930, to Walter Pat and Lilly Mae (King) Hackworth, at Bromide, Ok. PASSED AWAY: Floyd passed away on August 22, 2010 at Durant, Ok. AGE 80 YEARS 4 MONTHS AND 24 DAYS EDUCATION: He attended school in Bromide. MARRIED TO: Floyd married Joyce (Reeder) on May 17, 1958, at Durant, Ok. OCCUPATION: He was a natural gas pipe liner and a farmer. CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES, AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Floyd was a member of the Bromide Baptist Church. He enjoyed working with horses, cows, walking with his dogs, gardening, dancing and spending time with his grandchildren. SURVIVED BY CHILDREN: Phyllis Joyce Seymore, Bethany, Ok. Beauford Hobbie of Bromide, Ok. Linda Hokett and husband David of Bromide, Ok. Karen Pat Hackworth and Bill of Bromide, Ok. Vickie Diane Hackworth of Bromide, Ok. Brenda Ann Hackworth of Forney, Tx. Leonard Reaves Hackworth and wife Renee, Lincoln, Nb. SIBLINGS: Austin Hackworth and wife Louise of Lane, Ok. Helen Dewberry of Stringtown, Ok. Nancy Benge and husband Ed of Amarillo, Tx. GRANDCHILDREN: 18 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren Along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles and other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
