Francine passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at Oklahoma City, OK. She attended high school in Oklahoma City, OK. Francine was a homemaker. She married Ernest Leeper on September 19, 1968 in Oklahoma City, he preceded her in death. Later she married George McKay on June 4, 1997, in Antlers, OK. Francine was a Baptist she loved to read, watch movies, and chase her grandkids and great grandkids around. Francine was survived by her children, Earnest Leeper Jr. of Oklahoma City, OK., Angela Leeper and Lucy of Tushka, OK., Tonya Leeper of Oklahoma City, OK., Della Leeper and Jeremy Crooms of Atoka, OK.; siblings, Lloyd Powell and wife Eva Mae of Oklahoma City, OK., Mary Jo McCraken of Oklahoma City, OK., Horace Rowline Powell of Oklahoma City, OK., Barbara Annetta Knight of Oklahoma City, OK.; grandchildren, Ashley, Cody, Tony, Lance and Hope Leeper, Amber Brown, Dusty Sutterfield, Faith Shields, Barney Sutterfield, Jr.; great grandchildren, Barney Sutterfield III, Anabella, Dusti, and Rylan Leeper; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Francine was preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Annie Jewel (Seabourn) Powell; husbands, Ernest Leeper and George McKay; daughter, Amanda Leeper; siblings, Lois Powell, Martha Maggie Powell, Robert Eugene Powell, James Daniel Powell, Wayne L.
