Franke Lynn Welch, age 61, a longtime Lane, OK resident, was born on Monday, January 9, 1961, to Paul and Nadine Elizabeth (Taylor) Welch, at Phoenix, AZ. Franke passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at Plano, TX. He graduated from Atoka High School in 1979. Franke was a Heavy Equipment Mechanic. Franke proudly served his country in The United States National Guard. He married Martha Ruth Lard in 2004 in Texas. Franke loved camping; he was the shade tree mechanic. He enjoyed anything outdoors and he loved helping his community. Franke is survived by his wife, Martha Ruth Welch of the home in Lane, OK; mother, Nadine Welch of Conway, MO; siblings, Sandra Carol Parsons of Conway, MO, Dora Mae Welch of Atoka, OK, Donald Dwayne Welch and wife Rachel of Lane, OK, Lesa Lynn Maxey and husband Curtis Earl of Kellyville, OK, Shirley "Squirrel" White and husband Danny Ross of Conway, MO; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
