NAME: Fred Washington "Dub" Jordan, age 87, a longtime Atoka, OK resident.

BORN: He was born on Saturday, January 05, 1929, to Oliver Francis and Polly Ellis (Gunkel) Jordan, at Grassy Lake near Bentley, OK.

PASSED AWAY: Dub passed away on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at Atoka, OK.

AGE: 87 years, 8 months and 24 days.

EDUCATION: He attended Grassy Lake School.

OCCUPATION: Dub was a supervisor at Baker Hughes Chemical Plant for 35 years, before retiring in 1994..

MILITARY: Dub proudly served in the Army during the Korean War as a field medic.

MARRIED: He married Jean Christine Henderson on November 23, 1952 in Westfir, OR, and then Dub married Judith "Judy" Ann Teasley on Sunday, December 26th, 1999 at Atoka. They had 16 wonderful years together.

CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Dub was a member of First Assembly of God in Atoka. He loved fishing, gardening, and sharing his produce with family, friends and neighbors.
